Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Use of Service
You may use our service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Your use of the service is also covered by the Privacy Policy, which explains how account, analytics, QR code, and file data is handled.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Local Business plan includes up to 10 dynamic QR campaigns per account and 10,000 tracked scans per UTC calendar month. After the monthly tracking allowance is used, existing QR campaign links continue redirecting, but new scan details and scan-counter updates pause until the next UTC calendar month. Contact hboon@motionobj.com about a larger plan.
Infrastructure security, abuse prevention, and DDoS controls are separate from these product allowances and may apply at any usage level. Paid access is not unlimited automated or abusive access.
Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to store, process, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide QR codes, hosted files, redirects, analytics, and related account features.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
